Can I hire A car with a chauffeur ?
Yes you can, we offer chauffeur-driven services within the country. Simply contact us with the booking and we’ll provide you with a chauffeur who will pick you up from your residence and travel with you.
How can I pay for my booking?
We accept Credit Cards and Cash.
Do you offer car rental for corporates?
Yes, we do; Some of the services we offer for corporates include Chauffeur driven car rental, VIP car rental services, Group travels and also enjoy long-term car rental deals.
Can I amend a confirmed booking?
Yes. For amending your booking dates feel free to contact us either via E-mail or call us at least 24 hours in advance so as to change the scheduled booking. Late amendments can be arranged on certain occasions.
Do you offer Airport transfers ?
Yes, we offer airport pickup and transfer to and from any Airport to the hotel of your choice.

All vehicles on the Jambo Kenya’s fleet are comprehensively insured.
Can I visit the Kenyan game parks with a rental car?
Yes, you can visit the game parks with rented cars. However, we strictly allow use of safari vehicles due to the nature of terrain. Please contact us in advance if you want to schedule a safari.
